Payment Options
Currently the
only payment options available are by check and  . As indicated by your monthly
WebAJM.Com E-Bill.
Internet Access
We don't provide
dial-up Net access. We are an Internet Presence Provider (IPP) as opposed
to an Internet Service Provider (ISP). This means that we provide storage
and related hosting services for your web site. You must also have an ISP
in order to upload and make changes to your site.
What are my
mail account settings
E-mail address - yourname@WebAJM.Com or yourname@yourdomain.com
POP3 server - yourname@webajm.com
or yourname@yourdomain.com
SMTP Server - yourname@webajm.com
or yourname@yourdomain.com
Setting up E-Mail accounts
Web Site Address
For
example, if you already own a domain name and it is transferred to
WebAJM.Com then your web site address will be www.yourdomain.com.
If you do not have a domain name registered then your web site address
will be www.WebAJM.Com/yourwebsite.
I uploaded my web pages, but the
WebAJM.Com
sample page still comes up when I go to my site. How do I fix
this?
If
you visit your site in a web browser, you will see a sample "index.html"
page. This has been placed there for you automatically. When you are
ready, you will need to name your home page "index.htm" and upload it to
your site. Then overwrite the existing "index.htm" page by your
new "index.htm" file.

I forgot my
username and password! What do I do?
To discourage invalid sign-ups, your
username and password is e-mailed to the e-mail address that you provided
during signup. In other words, if you signed up with invalid email address
you will not be able to access our services. If you have already received
your username and password through email, you can request that another
copy be e-mailed to you.
